Hase Developments is a property development business focused on identifying opportunities, assembling the right team and delivering considered residential projects from site to sale. Using a practical, hands-on approach, we combine property knowledge, construction experience and a carefully selected network of consultants and delivery partners to turn well-chosen sites into quality homes.
Our name is pronounced HAH-seh. One common writing, 長谷, literally means “long valley”. For us, it is a reminder that good development starts with understanding the landscape — the site, its surroundings and the people who will ultimately live there.
